What is a new Microsoft Teams Premium License announced at the Ignite 2022?

Expected price of the Teams Premium license is USD 10 per user per month. Features begin to roll out in Dec 2022, GA Feb 2023.
 
MEETING GUIDES – meetings can be a client call, brainstorming meeting, or help desk call. Controlled and managed by IT. Management assured best practices for teams meetings are met.
CUSTOMIZED MEETING BRANDING – custom background and custom together, so you can always follow your brand guidelines
INTELLIGENT RECAP – AI used to suggest action items from meet an accountable person. Also the creation of smarter recordings with auto-generated chapters and insights such as name mentioned, screen shared, or you left early it will suggest important moments to catch up. (sounds awesome to me!)
LIVE TRANSLATION FOR CAPTIONS – real-time translations from 40 spoken languages so everybody can read captions in their own language
ADVANCED MEETING PROTECTION – watermarking to prevent leaks, limit who can record, integration with Purview sensitivity labels
ADVANCED VIRTUAL APPOINTMENTS – receive SMS reminders and ability to join custom branded virtual appointments, awesome for attendees lacking technical knowledge
APPOINTMENT QUEUING – dashboard for a quick view into schedules, queues, and analytics
RICH ANALYTICS – usage trends and history of virtual appointment experiences, no-shows and wait times with staff-, department-, and organization-level analytics
ADVANCED WEBINARS – registration up to one thousand attendees, co-organizer role, interactivity with Q&A, attendee reporting, and Dynamics 365 integration. Registration waitlist and manual approval, customize the registration start and end time, automated reminder emails
VIRTUAL GREEN ROOM – host and presenters dedicated space separated from attendees to monitor chat and Q&A, manage attendee settings, and review content before the event starts.
