🌟 Increasing Microsoft 365 Governance Adoption with custom solution branding🌟

Frane Borozan - May 27, 2024

At Syskit, our developers are continually innovating to enhance your experience. Just a couple of weeks ago, we introduced dark mode. Today, we are excited to announce a new thing: the ability to brand the solution to look like it was rolled out by your IT department! 🎉🎉🎉🎉

While this might not seem like a significant feature at first glance, it offers substantial benefits for our clients, especially in combating scammers and phishing attacks. Our client’s primary challenge is ensuring that their users can recognize internal communications. In the fight against phishing and scamming, this is a crucial baseline to pay attention to.

### 🔒 Enhanced Security

A strong, recognizable company brand within our platform helps employees quickly identify official communication, reducing the risk of phishing attacks. Phishing attempts often rely on creating confusion, but with custom branding, your users can confidently distinguish legitimate sources from fraudulent ones.

### 👥 Consistency and Trust

Consistent branding reinforces trust and reliability. When employees see familiar branding, it reassures them that they are using approved and safe company resources. This consistency is key to maintaining trust and operational efficiency.

I am proud to present Syskit’s Custom Branding, designed with these principles in mind. We are thrilled to support our clients in leveraging this feature to improve their internal Microsoft 365 Governance processes and increase Microsoft 365 tenant security. 💪💪💪💪
